The buffering device of an electric hydraulic transport vehicle refers to an elongated finger shaped handle near the pressing handle. This handle is not the switch of the transport vehicle, nor is it the control mechanism for the lifting and lowering of the transport vehicle. It is responsible for the buffering and deflation of the transport vehicle.
This buffer device can be adjusted to three positions, namely the up position, the middle position, and the down position. These three positions have been adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, but during use, the operator often changes their position due to various reasons, which affects the normal operation. At this point, we can proceed as follows:
1. If the indicator handle is in the middle position and the steel bracket of the transport vehicle is lowered when pressing, it is necessary to turn the adjusting nut counterclockwise until the fork frame does not descend; If the transport vehicle rises, it is necessary to turn the adjusting nut on the adjusting screw clockwise until the forklift rises normally;
2. If the finger handle is in the lowered position but the fork does not descend, the adjusting nut needs to be turned clockwise; When in the rising position but the fork does not rise, the adjusting nut needs to be turned counterclockwise.
After the operator completes the adjustment of the indicator handle of the electric hydraulic transport vehicle, it needs to be pulled back to the middle position to avoid affecting the normal use of the next transportation work.
