1. Strong stacking capacity: Due to the high operating cost of cold storage, there is a higher requirement for space utilization, and high-density and narrow channels are pursued for the stacking of cold storage goods. In this work environment, forward moving forklifts, three-point forklifts, electric pallet trucks, electric stackers, etc. can be used.
2. Having high waterproof and anti rust capabilities: Electric transport vehicles operating in cold storage must first have waterproof, anti slip, anti freezing, and anti cold capabilities. Waterproof requires the use of automotive grade waterproof devices, and the connectors are mostly Anpu connectors. Anti slip measures include using low hardness polyurethane or patterned rubber tires. In order to prevent rust, we will carry out protective treatment on the overall frame and use stainless steel materials to manufacture bearings in certain specific areas of the vehicle body. Cold storage vehicles use heating treatment in all key parts of the motor and electronic control, including solenoid valves, and the battery is also treated with cold storage antifreeze.
