What should be done if the manual hydraulic forklift does not respond to manual lifting during operation? Let's have a detailed understanding below.
1. When there is no lifting reaction when the hydraulic forklift is manually pressed on the handle, the handle should be checked to see if the gear buckle plate is in working condition. There are three gear options on the gear buckle plate on the handle, and pressing up is the release action, so that the forklift can be placed about 85mm above the ground. The middle gear is neutral.
2. When the forklift is stopped, it is recommended to habitually put it in neutral position. When pressing down on the buckle plate, it should be in working state, and the handle should have an upward reaction. If there is no reaction, continue to check the chain connecting the handle gear buckle plate, pinch the handle gear buckle plate eye with your hand, and observe whether the chain moves up and down.
3. If none of the above actions respond, check whether the release valve core from the handle to the connected oil cylinder bounces with the up and down movement of the handle. If the valve core moves, check the chain above.
4. If the valve core does not move, use your hand to press down on the handle a few times to see if there is resistance, then check for oil leakage marks, open the oil screw on the cylinder, and check if the hydraulic forklift has enough hydraulic oil. If there is a clear lack of oil, you can add some oil appropriately and fix the screw.
The manual hydraulic forklift does not respond during operation. You can follow the above steps to operate it. If you have any other questions, you can call for consultation.
