Manual hydraulic forklifts are known for their simple operation and flexible operation. They can smoothly turn in small spaces. However, during the operation of hydraulic forklifts, we often encounter difficulties in turning.
Firstly, it is necessary to investigate whether key components such as the steering rod and bearings are damaged. The damage to these components may directly affect the normal turning of the forklift. Therefore, when encountering turning difficulties, it is important to carefully inspect these two areas for any damage.
Then the factor to consider is the lubrication condition between the parts. Adequate lubricating oil is essential to ensure smooth rotation of parts. If the lubricating oil is insufficient, the rotation of the parts may become inflexible, which may cause difficulties for the forklift when turning. Therefore, it is very important to regularly check and ensure sufficient lubricating oil between parts.
Finally, it is necessary to check whether there are ropes or other debris obstructing the rotation inside the steering wheel. When turning a hydraulic forklift, the wheels need to rotate freely. If the wheels are stuck between the wheel and the axle by ropes or debris, it will affect the normal operation of the wheels and cause difficulty in turning. So, obstacles that may hinder the rotation of the wheels should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
The main reasons for the difficulty in turning manual hydraulic forklifts include component damage, insufficient lubrication, and internal blockage of the steering wheel. In our work, we need to conduct a detailed examination of these possible causes in order to promptly identify problems and take appropriate measures to ensure the smooth progress of our work.
