The storage volume of goods in the warehousing and logistics area is large, and the use of electric hydraulic handling vehicles for cargo handling is more frequent than other freight venues, resulting in frequent charging of the handling vehicles.
1、 Charging process of electric hydraulic transport vehicle
When the capacity of the transport vehicle is below a certain value, it needs to be charged at a charging station. A ground charging connector is installed at the charging position of the transport vehicle's operating route, which is connected to the charging slider of the ground charging connector through the transport vehicle charging connector to achieve charging of the transport vehicle. After the transport vehicle leaves, it is not connected to the ground charging connector, and the ground charging connector is not charged.
2、 Charging method of hydraulic transport vehicle
According to the charging method, it can be divided into online charging and offline charging. Online charging does not leave the working line and does not require dedicated time for charging. Instead, it stops briefly during the working process for charging. This charging method fully utilizes fragmented time and does not take up working time. It connects the charging station to the workflow of the transport vehicle, further improving the working power of the unmanned transport vehicle. Offline charging refers to the transport vehicle exiting the service and entering the charging area or dedicated charging station for charging.
3、 Principles for setting up charging stations for electric hydraulic transport vehicles
Charging stations should be established in a ventilated and breathable indoor environment, with no flammable or explosive materials in the surrounding area, and no aging of cables to ensure the normal and safe charging process. When charging is complete or there is a task that requires leaving the charging area, try to confirm whether the switch is closed properly.
