Daily maintenance and upkeep of manual hydraulic handling vehicles

Manual hydraulic transport vehicles have demonstrated their skills in various industries, providing many conveniences for people's lives and work. In order for manual transport vehicles to be durable, daily maintenance and repair are very important to ensure their service life and work progress.

Bracket and fasteners: Tighten the loose wheel axle to the nut and check if the weld or support plate is damaged. For plug-in casters, tighten the nut or rivet it firmly to ensure that the equipment installation bracket is not bent. When installing casters, use locking nuts or anti loosening washers.

Lubrication: Regularly add lubricating oil and apply grease to the friction parts of the wheel axle, sealing ring, and roller bearing to reduce friction and make rotation more flexible.

Caster: Visually inspect the wear of the casters, check that the casters rotate normally, without any debris or loose or tight casters, replace damaged casters to avoid unstable rotation, and after inspecting and replacing the casters, ensure that the wheel axle is tightened with locking washers and nuts (as loose wheel axles can cause friction and jamming between the spokes and the bracket).
