Replacement and installation of batteries for electric transport vehicles
Replacement sequence of electric transport vehicle battery:
Electric transport vehicles rely on batteries as their power source for driving operations. In case of insufficient or faulty batteries, they should be disassembled or replaced in a timely manner to prevent affecting the normal use of electric transport vehicles.
1.1 Sequence for removing batteries with insufficient power:
(1) Remove the power cord.
(2) Open the battery box cover.
(3) Disconnect the battery connector from the cable.
(4) Use appropriate battery box hooks to remove the battery pack from the electric transport vehicle body.
1.2 Sequence of installing batteries:
(1) Use a lifting device to lift the fully charged battery pack into the battery box of the electric transport vehicle.
(2) Connect the battery terminal to the cable and ensure that the positive and negative connections are accurate and correct.
(3) Close the battery box cover.
(4) Plug in the power socket.
(5) The key switch is in the off position.
How to charge the battery of an electric transport vehicle after installation.
1. Connect the charged battery and confirm that the output voltage specifications of the charger match those of the battery. Connect the positive terminal of the charger output to the positive terminal of the battery and the negative terminal of the charger output to the negative terminal of the battery. It is strictly prohibited to connect the positive and negative poles in reverse. If the charger has an output switch, the output switch should be turned on first, and then the input power should be turned on.
2. Check if the voltage of the power socket matches the input voltage of the charger, and plug it in after confirmation.
3. After the charger is powered on, it will automatically detect within about 1 minute and start charging after the detection is normal. If there is still no output after 1 minute, please turn off the power and check if the wiring is reliable, and then turn on the power again.
