Never allow the single fork of a manual hydraulic transport vehicle to bear weight at any time

Currently, manual hydraulic handling vehicles are commonly used handling equipment in factory workshops, and are mostly used by workers. Some workers have received pre job training and are familiar with the usage specifications of handling vehicles, but some workers, after coming into contact with handling vehicles, rely solely on their own senses and operating intentions to use them, which can easily lead to serious operational errors. Some workers even only place goods on one fork of the handling vehicle, allowing the single fork to bear the weight.

Firstly, regardless of what cargo is placed on a single fork of a manual hydraulic transport vehicle, even lightweight cotton can cause the vehicle to be in an unbalanced state. Transporting on a flat surface may be temporarily effortless, but once it reaches a bumpy surface, it is easy for the entire vehicle to overturn and the cargo to roll off.

Secondly, in the actual transportation process, some goods are indeed relatively small in size and can be placed with a single fork. In such cases, we can abandon manual hydraulic handling vehicles and choose hydraulic lifting vehicles with workbenches, which is more appropriate and safe.
