Under the lifting effect of the hydraulic system, manual handling vehicles can lift and lower heavy objects, and at the same time use the wheels under the handling vehicle to achieve the function of moving heavy objects. The carrying capacity of the handling vehicle can reach 5 tons or even higher, with strong carrying capacity, which is very suitable for large-scale cargo handling occasions such as warehouses, workshops, supermarkets, etc. Although the handling vehicle is easy to operate, some issues need to be noted when pulling goods, especially large rectangular goods.
Firstly, the operator must ensure that the carrying capacity of the transport vehicle can withstand the weight of the heavy object. When placing the heavy object, try to measure its length as much as possible, so that its center of gravity coincides with the center of the transport vehicle's fork. Try to use it with a pallet and take appropriate bundling measures. When pulling the transport vehicle, avoid walking on uneven or cluttered ground to prevent it from getting stuck, overturning or other accidents during movement.
Secondly, when pulling a manual handling vehicle, one should keep an eye on the surroundings and listen carefully to avoid passing vehicles or other obstacles hitting heavy objects. When stopping or storing the handling vehicle, ensure that it is stably placed on a flat surface to avoid rolling, sliding, or overturning.
