What is the function of the charger indicator light on the electric hydraulic transport vehicle

Electric hydraulic transport vehicles are divided into two types: fully electric and semi electric. Regardless of the type, they have more electric walking functions than manual hydraulic transport vehicles. Since they have electric drive, like electric vehicles, they also need to be charged in a timely manner according to the loss of lithium batteries, and there are indicator lights on their chargers to indicate the progress of charging and unexpected situations.

We can determine the situation indicated by the indicator light based on the following instructions:

(1) When the wiring is correct, a green light is displayed indicating normal charging operation. If the positive and negative terminals of the battery are reversed or the battery is not connected, a red light is displayed;

(2) If other faults occur, the indicator light will display red and flash; When the charger turns red during charging, it indicates an open circuit, poor contact, or overcurrent protection between the charger and the battery;

(3) When the red color is displayed, the charger protection has no output. At this time, the power should be turned off and the wiring should be checked for reliability, overheating protection, or overcurrent protection. After checking for normal operation, power on again and try again.

In addition, most electric hydraulic transport vehicles display red charging indicator lights at the beginning of charging, orange when the battery is about 80% full, and green when fully charged.
