The hydraulic system of the electric transport vehicle needs to be maintained every six months, checking whether the oil cylinder leaks, whether there are any problems with the joints, rubber hoses, etc., and whether the electrical insulation part is normal.
When driving, check if there are any obstacles around and do not let the transport vehicle collide with obstacles, causing accidents. If the vehicle loses control outside, quickly pull down the power switch and cut off the power. When the vehicle is in motion, the operator checks whether the handbrake is in its proper position. Failure to release the handbrake during start-up can cause damage to the vehicle and, in severe cases, result in its scrapping.
When the vehicle cannot be started, the forward and reverse switches must be turned off and turned on again before starting. When the vehicle is not starting, do not press the accelerator pedal forcefully, as this will increase the danger. The operator should pull up the handbrake and power main switch before leaving the vehicle, remove the key, and then leave the vehicle.
