Characteristics of PU wheels: They have elasticity and can provide certain shock absorption effect (even better than inflatable wheels), good grip, less slip, more wear-resistant, and comfortable
Characteristics of PV wheels: The material used for the wheels is PV component, which decomposes rubber through vulcanization technology to form tiny particles distributed in the plastic substrate. The friction and elasticity between PV material wheels and the ground are relatively good, and the cost is also lower than other materials.
Characteristics of polyurethane wheels: They have good oil resistance, toughness, wear resistance, aging resistance, and adhesion, and have relatively low noise compared to wheels made of other materials during transportation.
Method for customizing wheels:
1. We can provide brand new wheel rims/cores or other materials that require rubber coating, either with an outer or inner rubber layer;
2. Old wheel rims/core components can also be used for adhesive layer replacement, and the replaced adhesive layer will have the same performance as the new wheel;

2、 Manual forklift bearings.
Bearings can be divided into two types, one is needle roller bearings and the other is rolling bearings. The specific details are as follows:
1. Needle roller bearing, which is a roller bearing with cylindrical rollers. Compared to its diameter, the rollers are both thin and long. This type of roller is called a needle roller. Needle roller bearings have a small cross-section and still have a high load-bearing capacity. Needle roller bearings are equipped with thin and long rollers. Rolling bearings generally consist of four parts: outer ring, inner ring, rolling elements, and cage. Strictly speaking, they are composed of six major components: outer ring, inner ring, rolling elements, cage, seal, and lubricating oil.
2. Rolling bearings are precision mechanical components that convert the sliding friction between the running shaft and the shaft seat into rolling friction, thereby reducing friction losses. Rolling bearings generally consist of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements, and cage. The function of the inner ring is to match and rotate together with the shaft; The function of the outer ring is to cooperate with the bearing seat and provide support; Rolling elements are evenly distributed between the inner and outer rings by means of a cage, and their shape, size, and quantity directly affect the performance and service life of rolling bearings; The cage can evenly distribute the rolling elements and guide them to rotate for lubrication.
3、 Chain for manual forklift accessories.
The chains of manual forklifts are mostly plate chains with varying pitch, consisting of inner and outer chain links. It consists of five small components: inner chain plate, outer chain plate, pin shaft, sleeve, and roller. The quality of the chain depends on the pin shaft and sleeve.
After cleaning, wiping, or solvent cleaning the chain during each maintenance, it is necessary to add lubricating oil and ensure that the chain is dry before adding lubricating oil. Firstly, infiltrate the lubricating oil into the chain bearing area, and then wait for it to become viscous or dry. This can effectively lubricate the parts of the chain that are prone to wear (the joints on both sides).
4、 Manual forklift oil seal.
The main function of an oil seal is to maintain a stable sealing effect under the influence of mechanical vibration and pressure fluctuations of the sealing fluid, prevent external dust and other contaminants from entering, and maintain a stable contact state between the lip and the shaft surface.
