A manual handling vehicle is assembled from multiple components, each of which plays a very important role. However, during long-term operation, some components of the transport vehicle may experience wear and tear, which is what we call vulnerable parts. Do you know which parts of a manual handling vehicle are vulnerable?
1、 Oil pump, commonly used oil pumps for handling vehicles include welded pumps and cast steel integrated pumps, which are prone to damage during use. Once the oil pump has a problem, the handling vehicle is basically in a paralyzed state. It is the core part of the handling vehicle, and the components inside are prone to various problems, such as sealing rings, dust rings, and steel balls. After long-term use, they will be worn out and eventually aged and damaged. Therefore, regular inspections and replacements should be carried out.
2、 The common materials for the wheels of the transport vehicle include polyurethane wheels, nylon wheels, and rubber wheels. Due to long-term use and friction with the ground, they are also very easy to damage.
3、 Oil cylinder oil seal, oil seal is generally applied to the piston rod of hydraulic cylinder, playing a sealing role. With prolonged friction of the piston rod, it is only a matter of time before the oil seal wears off, so generally speaking, the oil seal is not covered by warranty.
In the daily use of manual handling vehicles, we should regularly inspect these parts of the vehicle, repair and replace them in a timely manner if there are problems, so as not to affect the work process.
