As a simple and easy to operate lifting tool, manual forklifts are widely used in factory workshops, large supermarkets, docks, and other scenarios.
These types of forklifts mostly need to be used in conjunction with pallets. Placing heavy objects on pallets not only prevents items from getting damp, but also facilitates manual forklift transfer. However, since it is necessary to coordinate with the tray, there are many considerations for the placement of items on the tray.
The first thing to pay attention to is the issue of overloading. Each manual forklift has a rated load, and the load-bearing capacity during handling must be controlled within this range. If there are too many items placed on the pallet, it will not only bring huge pressure to the pallet, but also seriously damage the hydraulic system of the manual forklift.
Next is the placement of items. Items should be placed in a centralized manner as much as possible, and it is strictly prohibited to stack items on one side of the pallet. When the tray is placed on the ground, even if the items are placed on one side, there may not be obvious problems, as the ground can provide stable support. But when the tiller is pressed to raise the tray, the tray is detached from the ground support, and the items on top are easily overturned.
Therefore, when using a manual forklift to transport items, we must pay attention to the placement of the items on the pallet to ensure safe and smooth handling.
