A pallet truck is a small transportation tool mainly driven by human labor, mainly used to achieve horizontal transportation of pallets loaded with goods on the road surface. It has the characteristics of lightness, flexibility, and small turning radius, especially suitable for light material handling operations in short distance areas such as factory workshops, freight terminals, and family agricultural cooperatives. The two pressure relief valve devices equipped on the body of the transport vehicle are closely related to the lifting operation of the cargo.
Before using a transport truck to transport goods, the fork should be inserted into the bottom of the pallet, and then the pressure relief valve inside the handle of the transport truck should be closed. Next, hold down the handle and perform up and down reciprocating pressing operations to slowly raise the tray. When the tray reaches a height of about 2 centimeters above the ground, the raised tray can be moved to the target position. During the transportation process, the bearing part of the transport vehicle supports 180 degree flexible steering, making it easy for operators to complete the steering operation.
There are two operation methods to choose from when placing pallets and goods. The first method is manual operation, simply lift the pressure relief valve handle by hand, and when the hydraulic system completes the pressure relief, the pallet and goods will automatically and smoothly land on the ground; The second method is foot operation, which can also achieve the purpose of releasing goods by stepping on the pressure relief valve device above the wheel.
It should be noted that the two pressure relief valve devices of the pallet truck are located at different positions, one above and one below. It is important to distinguish them accurately during operation to avoid confusion.
