Hydraulic stacker crane cannot be used for high-altitude operations

Hydraulic forklift belongs to a type of hydraulic forklift, whose main job is to transport and stack goods. The lifting height of the fork can usually reach two or three meters. However, some people use it as high-altitude work equipment due to its lifting function, which actually has significant problems.

In the factory workshop, maintenance and upkeep of lathe equipment are quite common. When cleaning the top of the lathe, it is often necessary to climb up to a height of two or three meters. During operation, some people will use the lifting function of the hydraulic forklift to step on the fork and rely on the hydraulic system to lift themselves to a high place for cleaning work. This method may seem convenient and efficient, but it actually carries huge security risks.

The fork of the hydraulic stacker truck was not originally designed for carrying people for high-altitude operations. The contact surface of its fork is relatively narrow and smooth. When people work on it, their feet are prone to slipping or falling off during movement. Once an accident occurs, it is highly likely to cause serious personal injury.

It is not advisable to use hydraulic stackers for high-altitude operations, and such dangerous behaviors must be eliminated to ensure the safety of personnel.
