How to solve the imbalance between the two forks of a manual hydraulic transport vehicle

Manual hydraulic handling trucks have brought convenience to our supermarkets, logistics transportation, and agricultural goods transportation work. Their compact body and super strong load-bearing capacity may not match, but in fact, there is a hidden mystery behind the powerful hydraulic system. When the truck is driven by hydraulic oil to slowly make upward and downward movements, we are shocked by its divine power, but sometimes we also suffer from its small faults.

A customer has reported to us that they have purchased a manual hydraulic handling truck for two years and it has always been in good working condition. However, in recent days, they have found that the two trucks of the handling truck are always in an unbalanced state, one high and one low. Even when placing goods, pressing the counterweight cannot solve the problem. Although it will not affect their handling work temporarily, it is still a potential safety hazard that can easily cause the goods to fall off.

In fact, the reason for the imbalance of the fork arm is often due to the deformation of the pin shaft connecting the square connecting rod and the wheel fork, as well as the pin shaft connecting the wheel fork and the frame, caused by excessive load during operation. Replacing the pin shaft with a new one can solve the problem. If it is only a slight deformation, simply pull out the pin shaft and adjust the height of the wheel directly to make it balanced.
