During the use of manual hydraulic handling vehicles, sometimes there may be situations where the vehicle leaks oil. In order to prevent the vehicle from leaking oil and dirtying the ground, and to ensure that the vehicle maintains sufficient hydraulic power at all times, we need to replace the oil seal promptly when the vehicle leaks oil.

The correct steps for replacing the oil seal are as follows:
1. Disassemble the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic transport vehicle, pull out the piston, and only by removing the piston can the sealing oil seal under the piston be seen;
2. Use pliers to remove the oil seal that needs to be replaced, and place the new oil seal in the old oil seal position using pliers;
3. Before placing the oil seal in the work position and reassembling the piston or hydraulic cylinder, it is necessary to touch whether the oil seal has been installed smoothly. If it has not been installed smoothly, it means that the oil seal has not been placed in a reasonable position in the installation position.
4. If it is confirmed that the above situation does not exist, it means that the oil seal installation of the pallet truck fork is completed and can be used normally. At this point, the piston rod and hydraulic cylinder can be installed as they are.
In the process of replacing oil seals for manual hydraulic transport vehicles, oil seals are made of rubber or polyurethane materials, which are greatly affected by temperature. When the ambient temperature is high, the oil seal is soft and easy to install. When the ambient temperature is low, the oil seal becomes harder, making it difficult to disassemble and install. Therefore, installing oil seals at low temperatures requires continuous adjustment of the oil seal position.
