What should I do if there is excessive tire wear on an electric transport vehicle

Electric transport vehicles have become commonly used in various cargo transportation scenarios due to their advantages of small size, strong load-bearing capacity, easy operation, and high work efficiency. However, some car owners have found that their newly purchased transport vehicles have experienced varying degrees of tire wear within a few days of use.

Firstly, we need to understand the main reasons for excessive tire wear on electric transport vehicles, including the following:

1. Earth roads, gravel roads, and rough, bumpy roads can cause severe tire wear. If there are small nails, screws, or other sharp objects on the ground, they can puncture the tires, causing them to bulge or burst; Some roads with steep slopes, sharp corners in alleys, and small turning radii can also cause damage to tires;

2. Frequent sudden braking also causes significant tire wear;

3. When the front and rear load-bearing capacities are not consistent, it can cause virtual contact between the tires of the transport vehicle, and the tire on the heavily pressed side is more likely to be damaged due to abnormal wear and tear;

Once the operator discovers excessive tire wear on the electric transport vehicle, corresponding measures should be taken to address the cause:

1. Correct the uneven ground and try to use epoxy floor paint as a protective layer to prevent tire wear and easy maintenance;

2. When driving forward and backward, look around more often, slow down and drive safely before encountering obstacles, and try to avoid sudden braking;

3. When placing goods, try to avoid full load and allocate them reasonably.
