Will electric transport vehicles replace manual transport vehicles

After decades of reform and innovation, transport vehicles have become increasingly mature. With the increasing demand for high efficiency in various industries and units, electric transport vehicles are gradually expanding their scope of use, and there is a trend to replace manual transport vehicles. However, they still cannot be completely replaced.

Electric vehicles use 48V, 21AH lithium batteries, with a body weight of 180KG and the ability to withstand a rated load of around 1.5T, while manual vehicles do not require electricity and are lighter in weight than electric vehicles, but can carry a maximum load that is much greater than electric vehicles.

Electric vehicles rely on electricity and can perform walking, ascending, and descending operations in terms of actual work efficiency. Even without electricity, they can be pushed forward by human labor, but the pushing process is slow and labor-intensive. Manual vehicles are not limited by electricity and can be used continuously for a long time.

Electric vehicles mainly rely on electric motors to operate, and the motors generate a certain amount of noise during operation, with a noise level of 74, while manual vehicles have no noise.

Electric and manual transport vehicles are like electric cars and bicycles, each with its own advantages and cannot replace each other. The two complement each other and make important contributions to human production and life.
