Manual hydraulic handling vehicles are commonly used small cargo handling tools. If a manual hydraulic handling vehicle is used for more than three years, hydraulic oil needs to be added. So, how to choose this hydraulic oil and how to add it?

1. The selected oil should comply with the type and brand of hydraulic oil specified in the user manual, and there may be differences in the type and brand of oil added.
2. Oil replenishment should be strictly filtered, and filling the oil tank should be done through the designated oil filter. The oil filter should be checked and cleaned regularly, and if any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
3. Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil. If the cleanliness is lower than the specified level, it should be replaced in a timely manner, and the single machine refueling, oil change records, and oil product testing records should be carefully filled out.
4. The brand of new oil added to the fuel tank should be the same as the old oil brand. When different brands of hydraulic oil need to be added, all the old oil should be drained and cleaned before adding new oil. Hydraulic oil of different brands should not be mixed for use.
5. The container containing hydraulic oil should be kept clean, and the inner wall of the container should not be painted.
Manual hydraulic handling vehicle hydraulic oil filling method:
There is a hydraulic cylinder on manual hydraulic vehicles, and there is a threaded plug near the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder. Unscrew this plug to open the oil filling hole, and oil can be added from there.
Hydraulic oil plays a role in transmitting pressure, lubricating, cooling, and sealing in hydraulic systems. Improper selection of hydraulic oil is the main reason for early failures and reduced durability of hydraulic systems. Hydraulic oil should be selected according to the brand specified in the "User Manual". In special circumstances where substitute oil is needed, efforts should be made to ensure that its performance is the same as that of the original brand. Different grades of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed to prevent chemical reactions and changes in performance. Deep brown, milky white, and odorous hydraulic oil is spoiled oil and cannot be used.
Hydraulic oil must be filtered and refilled, and the refilling tools should be reliable and clean. The filter at the fuel tank filling port cannot be removed in order to increase the refueling speed. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and work clothes to prevent solid and fiber impurities from falling into the oil.
