Electric pallet trucks are commonly used in express logistics centers such as postal, Shentong, Yunda, etc. They have a door frame on the truck, which is mainly used as a load-bearing structure to lift goods. Due to overloading, non-standard use, and prolonged use, the door frame is prone to deformation.
When the door frame is deformed, we can use some practical and effective correction methods to repair it ourselves. For example, when the degree of bending or twisting deformation of the door frame is small, we can use a cold correction method with added static load to correct it; When the degree of bending or twisting deformation of the gantry is significant, we can use heating to correct it. During heating, we need to pay attention to minimizing the heating area as much as possible, and the temperature should not exceed 700 degrees Celsius to avoid reducing the rigidity of the gantry and increasing its brittleness.
In addition to deformation, there are cracks in the door frame of the electric pallet handling vehicle. If the cracks are large, the original manufacturer must be contacted for repair. If the cracks are small and shallow, welding can be used for repair.
