Manual hydraulic handling and installation operation of basement transformer by truck

In the installation of basement transformers, manual hydraulic handling vehicles have become the core tool for short distance handling due to their flexible, convenient, and stable load-bearing characteristics. The entire process must strictly follow the operating specifications and balance efficiency and safety. Before starting the homework, a comprehensive inspection of the site and equipment should be carried out, debris and obstacles in the basement passage should be cleared, and the ground should be confirmed to be flat without any potential collapse hazards. The transportation route and designated installation location should be marked. At the same time, check the hydraulic system, wheels, and load-bearing trays of the manual hydraulic transport vehicle to ensure no leakage or jamming, and that the rated load meets the weight requirements of the transformer. If necessary, lay anti slip pads to enhance stability.

In the handling process, professional operators work together to slowly push the hydraulic transport vehicle to the bottom of the transformer, adjust the position of the tray to align with the center of gravity of the transformer, slowly shake the hydraulic rod to raise the tray, so that the transformer can smoothly lift off the ground, and the height should not touch the ground and be easy to move. During the transportation process, a dedicated person should guide the direction, support both sides of the transformer, maintain a constant speed and slow movement, avoid weak parts such as channel corners and pipelines, and when encountering slopes, multiple people should cooperate to brake to prevent slipping.

After reaching the designated installation position, slowly lower the hydraulic tray and accurately place the transformer on the embedded base. Adjust the position to meet the installation standards to ensure that the transformer's levelness and verticality meet the standards. Subsequently, fix the transformer, dismantle the transport vehicle and clean the site, and conduct a safety inspection of the work area. The entire process requires attention to personnel collaboration, standardized operation of hydraulic equipment, avoidance of risks such as collision and tilting, ensuring efficient and safe completion of transformer handling and installation operations, and laying the foundation for stable operation of the subsequent power system.
