Electric hydraulic handling vehicle is a small handling vehicle that uses electricity to transport goods on the ground. It has a compact body and can pass through narrow passages such as elevators and corridors. However, during transportation, it needs to perform different degrees of steering operations according to the position of obstacles ahead. If the steering bearing of the handling vehicle is damaged, it will greatly reduce the transportation capacity of the handling vehicle and reduce the work efficiency of the handling workers. So, how do I replace a broken steering bearing?

Firstly, use dismantling tools to remove the damaged wheels and check if there is any damage to the bearing components; After inspection, it was found that the bearing was severely damaged and the shaft hole had a deep degree of wear;
Secondly, start the replacement of bearings. Install the new bearings onto the transport vehicle and weld the severely worn parts of the shaft holes for subsequent polishing;
Finally, after the polishing operation is completed, use tools such as fixing screws to reinstall external devices such as the back cover of the transport vehicle. Perform another test to check if the steering function of the transport vehicle has been restored to normal.
It should be noted that the newly replaced bearing accessories need to be of the same size as the original bearings of the electric hydraulic transport vehicle and produced by the original manufacturer. Try to avoid using other brands of bearing accessories as much as possible.
