How to prevent corrosion of electric transporter
1. Try to avoid using electric trucks in closed areas for a long time, or keep the ventilation performance and drainage system of the closed system in good condition;
2. Liquid leakage holes or liquid accumulators can also be set at the bottom of the storage battery box of the truck;
3. The structure of parts shall be convenient for the implementation of protective process, and process holes shall be opened when necessary. For example, the position of the opening on the oil tank should be conducive to the coverage of the spray gun nozzle, and the surface should be shot blasted. Process holes shall be opened for the workpieces before chemical pretreatment, such as the roof protection frame, and attention shall be paid to prevent liquid accumulation;
4. Pay attention to protection in appearance design to avoid accumulation of water vapor and dust;
5. Pay attention to the protection of exposed parts. The electrical parts and joints should be arranged on the inside, or a protective cover should be added. Because the exposed vehicle is easy to corrode and water, dust covers are added to these parts.
