Oil leakage of manual forklift truck is generally caused by the following two reasons.
First, the oil seal is too tight or too loose. If the oil seal is too tight for a long time, it is easy to lose its original elasticity. Once it loses its elasticity, it will not be able to plug and fill the gap. Under the action of pressure, hydraulic oil will overflow. If it is too loose, the seal is not solid, and oil leakage will also occur.
Second, there are problems with the accessories of the hydraulic system, which are mostly caused by illegal operations, such as overloaded lifting operation, and manual forklifts are often seriously bumped.
Once the manual forklift has oil leakage, it needs to stop using immediately to prevent the damage from further increasing and bringing potential safety hazards. The correct way is to find after-sales or professionals for maintenance.
