1. There is an internal issue with the charging device or a problem with the charging plug.
2. There is a problem with the charging protection device, and the battery pack and charger of the battery are short circuited externally. Please ask the customer friend to perform the corresponding inspection according to the requirements of the electric forklift manufacturer. Check if the battery pack is connected in reverse and if the positive and negative poles between the batteries correspond.
3. The battery charging of electric transport vehicles is always in a "half full" state. In this situation, it is necessary to check whether the individual battery capacity and capacity of the battery pack are consistent. Separate charging, charge the high battery first, or charge the low capacity first. This is a process where batteries protected by the protective board will stop before reaching full capacity.
In such cases, manufacturers would recommend using a foolproof charger to recharge the battery pack. The voltage of each string of the battery pack should remain consistent, and if there is still a difference, a new battery needs to be replaced.
4. How to deal with high battery temperature of electric transport vehicles? During the charging process, the battery experiences abnormally high temperatures, which may be due to high internal resistance or short circuits, causing the temperature of the battery to rise too quickly. Using the battery at excessively high temperatures can be very dangerous. The manufacturer will recommend replacing the battery cells.
