A manual hydraulic handling vehicle is a lightweight and small mechanical equipment that completes heavy object handling work through manual walking and hydraulic system lifting. Its hydraulic system is very powerful, with various components such as hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic fluid, and sealing ring working together to generate strong force, converting small manpower into powerful mechanical force. Under the action of this mechanical force, the forks of the handling vehicle can easily lift several heavy objects.
Once there are small gaps or loose sealing rings in the hydraulic cylinder of a manual hydraulic transport vehicle, it will cause the oil inside the hydraulic transport vehicle to overflow from the cylinder. At this time, measures must be taken for maintenance, otherwise the leaked oil will reduce the lifting ability of the transport vehicle forks and leak on the ground. So what tools should be used for repair?
1. You can use a wrench to tighten the nut at the connection a few more turns in a tighter direction, but the force should not be too strong, otherwise there may be slippage;
2. After tightening the nut, in case of oil leakage, the nut can be disassembled, the gasket or sealing ring can be replaced with a new sealing ring of the same specification and model, and then tightened.
