Operation process and precautions of manual stacker

The basic steps to complete the standard operation of manual forklift starting, driving, lifting, lowering and braking without load within the specified time are as follows:

Step 1: The trainee shall wear a helmet to the parking position of the manual stacker.

Step 2: Check whether the fork is lowered to the lowest position. If not, loosen the control valve to lower the fork to the lowest position.

Step 3: Release the foot brake.

Step 4: drive around the pile with empty vehicles according to the specified line (the distance between four traffic piles is 1.5m),

Step 5: Stop the car and step on the foot brake.

Step 6: Check whether the control valve is tightened. If not, the control valve must be tightened clockwise.

Step 7: Use the operating handle to lift the fork to the specified height (refer to the height of the second floor beam of the heavy shelf for the specified height);

Step 8: After the fork rises to the specified height, unscrew the control valve counterclockwise to lower the fork to the lowest position.

Step 9: Screw the control valve clockwise, and use the foot pedal to lift the fork to the specified height (the specified height refers to the height of the second floor beam of the heavy shelf).

Step 10: After the fork rises to the specified height, unscrew the control valve counterclockwise to lower the fork to the lowest position.

Step 11: Drive the forklift back to the designated position according to the specified route, and then brake the vehicle; Return the helmet.

matters needing attention:

1. The safety helmet must be worn during the operation of the manual stacker.

2. No one is allowed to stand on the fork when the forklift is running.

3. No one is allowed to stand on the fork during lifting and lowering.

4. No one shall stand under the fork at any time.

5. The fork speed shall not be too fast. Control the control valve properly to lower the fork at a reasonable speed.

6. Be careful not to collide with personnel and other equipment during operation.
