1. Oil pump: The oil pump is a critical part of all transport vehicles. Once there is a problem with the oil pump, it means that the transport vehicle will stop working. The oil pump is composed of many components, among which the most prone to problems are dust rings, O-ring seals, steel balls, and other accessories. Once these accessories are found to have problems or wear or damage during use, the easiest and quickest solution is to replace them.
2. Oil cylinder: The oil cylinder plays a crucial role in the entire lifting process of the transport vehicle, and is also used to achieve the rise and fall of goods. So if the fork cannot descend or ascend, the reasons may be: firstly, it may be due to overloading or uneven loading of the goods, causing damage to the piston rod and oil cylinder; 2、 The piston rod has rusted due to prolonged exposure, which hinders the smooth movement of the piston; 3、 The adjusted nut and hex nut are not in the correct position; At this point, based on judgment, replace the piston rod or oil cylinder, lower the vehicle to the lowest position when not in use, and readjust the nut.
3. Oil seal: Oil seal is a key component that seals between the piston rod and cylinder barrel of the oil cylinder, and is generally equipped with imported sealing rings. Mainly due to good sealing, wear resistance, and long service life. 70% of oil leakage in the oil cylinder occurs on the oil seal. If oil leakage is found in the oil cylinder, it should be checked in a timely manner. If the sealing ring is aging or damaged, high-quality sealing rings should be used for replacement.
4. Wheels: The wheels of a transport vehicle are a type of wear and tear product that will inevitably wear out when transporting goods over a long period of use. There are also many types of wheels for transport vehicles, such as nylon wheels, PU wheels, polyurethane coated nylon wheels, rubber wheels, electric wood wheels, etc. Most transport vehicles are equipped with nylon wheels because they are widely available in the market and inexpensive, but they have poor wear and tear and produce loud noise when walking. The wheels of the transport vehicle are worn to a certain extent, please replace them in a timely manner. The expensive and cheap ones are optional for customers.
5. Leverage frame: The lever frame is a key component connecting the oil pump and the push rod. The lifting support of the hydraulic cylinder and the handling and bearing of goods are all supported and balanced by the lever frame. Due to overloading, unbalanced loading and other phenomena that may occur during the handling of goods, the deformation or fracture of the lever frame is often caused. If this phenomenon occurs, the handling vehicle cannot operate normally, so contact the manufacturer or purchase and replace the lever frame in the market.
