The power consumption of electric forklifts seems unstable. Sometimes they can be used continuously for several days, but sometimes they can't be used for even a day. What's the matter? We can consider this issue from both personal and objective factors.
① The issue of frequency of use is easy to understand. The excessive frequency of use of electric forklifts naturally leads to an increase in their power consumption speed.
② Load issues, different loads can also affect the power consumption of electric forklifts. Electric forklifts require greater kinetic energy to transport heavier goods, and an increase in kinetic energy definitely requires more electrical energy support.
③ Due to temperature, when the temperature is low, the storage capacity of electric forklifts cannot reach 100%. Even if the indicator light shows that the battery is fully charged, the actual battery storage is only around 80%.
This is the main reason for the unstable power consumption of electric forklifts. As long as there are no quality issues with the battery and it is used normally, it is mostly a normal phenomenon for electric forklifts to have different power consumption.
